Customer Amendments Policy
Pure Cottages are continuously monitoring the situation regarding Coronavirus and it is important to us that we offer support and reassurance to our customers during this time. To date the vast majority of our customers are continuing to travel as planned.
We recognise the need for some customers to alter their holiday arrangements due to the current situation and we will work closely with our owners to enable this.
- This policy relates to holidays at one of our cottages between now and 30th April.
- Customers will be able to change the date of their booking without being charged any administration fees*
- At least 48 hours’ notice needs to be given
*Any increase in holiday cost will be charged
We will continue to follow advice from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO), any holidays from 1 April onwards our normal Terms & Conditions apply.
